The enhanced micro TDC3000 control system consists of two cabinets (also called "towers"), with a total of electronic components, two cartridge disk units and a history module. The cabinet electronics allows up to 4 color displays, 4 keyboards and optional tactile displays or towing balls. There is also a printer connected to the system.
Two electronic modules, one for each tower, provide all the electronic components for the upgraded micro DC3000 control system (excluding peripherals). These modules are called multi-node modules and can accommodate 4 TDC 3000 nodes.
