Secondary execution groups that have finished sequencing have updated their variable values, but they are not transferred to other execution groups until its final frame. This allows the Save and Restore operations to capture at any frame boundary and not have to wait until the final frame of the secondary execution groups. Restore operations always start at the beginning of the next frame, but it does not need to be the first frame of a secondary execution group because it knows that the sequencing has completed and it is awaiting the final frame to transfer the results to other execution groups.
